Tenants are able to register their interest via our website. This enables us to provide instant updates to them when a suitable property becomes available. Current applicants are also contacted to inform them that a new property matches their criteria.
As well as advertising our available properties on our own website, we also advertise on the leading Property portals, to achieve maximum exposure. Also a selection of properties is showcased every week in a number of local newspapers. 2 Viewing Essentials Once a potential tenant wishes to view a property, Lets Go Professional will make an appointment and one of our experienced viewers will accompany the visit. We can then highlight the features and benefits of the property and answer any questions they may have at this time. 3 From Application to Moving In The application process begins once a potential tenant finds a property they wish to rent.
Our application forms can be sent out by post, or emailed. Upon receipt of the completed application form, we will carry out the reference, employment and credit checks. This is a vital part of the letting process. Upon receipt of satisfactory references, we will contact the landlord to authorise them and then Lets Go Professional can prepare the necessary documentation.
Once everything is completed and cleared funds have been received, Lets Go Professional will prepare the inventory and arrange a ‘move in’ date. One of our employees will attend the ‘move in’ to make sure everything is satisfactory.
