1 Full Management Service Lets Go Professional offer a complete management service where we act on behalf of the landlord for the duration of the tenancy.This service is subject to an initial set up fee and an ongoing monthly management fee. The initial set up fee covers the cost of preparing a schedule of condition and tenancy agreements and is deducted from the first month’s rent. Except during void periods or when the property is not let, our fees are deducted from the monthly rental payments. However during void or ‘no let’ periods, we will still visit your property to accompany viewings and will report any adverse findings to you. Should you wish us to extend this part of our service we will be happy to discuss your requirements. 2 Rent Receipt Service The Rent Receipt Service is similar to our Full Management Service but without the quarterly inspections, property maintenance management or our additional services. The Rent Receipt Service consists of Lets Go Professional finding a suitable tenant, marketing your property and preparation of the schedule of condition and tenancy agreement. We will also collect the rent on a monthly basis. The initial set up fee and a monthly management fee are deducted from the first months and subsequent monthly rental income respectively. 3 Tenant Find Only Service If you wish to manage your own property and collect the rent, then the tenant find only service is ideal for you. As the landlord, you are also required to register the tenant’s deposit under an approved Deposit Scheme.
Prior to the tenancy expiring Lets Go Professional will contact the landlord and discuss the options available for re-letting the property.
